Outdoors at Linville Lake View

• Amazing “tree house” covered deck perched above the lake with long views of the water and mountains.  This is where you will want to spend as much time as you can enjoying the spectacular views.
• Wonderful privacy with thick hemlock hedges and extensive rhododendron on the property.
• Outdoor stone fireplace made from rock blasted from Grandfather Mountain when that attraction was developed in the 1950’s. 
• At 3,600 feet elevation, the highest average temperature in the summer at Linville Lake View has never been above 77 degrees. 
• As 100 degree plus heat waves become more common, the highest actual temperature at Linville Lake View has never been above 82 degrees. 

Linville Land Harbor is a 704-acre property located two miles South of Linville, NC on US 221. Coursing directly through the property is the scenic Linville River with miles of trails along the river and the lake.  Fishing and canoeing are favorite pastimes here, and in the summer, a full schedule of activities is available through the clubhouse.
